Dott. Gian Marco Codazzi

Graduated in Economics and Business at the Catholic University of Piacenza in Innovation Economics, two masters in "Business Management" and one in "CFO - Administration, Finance and Management Control Management".

He began his career path first in auditing then as an assistant to the CFO in a multinational of the Morgan Group, then in the credit, leasing, financing and mortgage sector in the industrial sector, after which he deals with Planning and Management Control and Organization as Temporary Manager for several companies in different sectors, especially in family-run companies.

He has developed important skills in improving the company rating, starting from the Central Risk Office, to the setting up of a Management Control System and medium-long term Planning up to the drafting and implementation of multi-year Business Plans, the construction of KPI frameworks, issues related to both organizational and commercial development aspects.

Passionate and curious about technology and IT, he has managed digitalization and change projects of ERP and CRM systems. Part of his time is dedicated to continuous training and to the comparison with colleagues to face the changes of today's market.
